Building a Strong Organisation from Village to Nation
The organizational structure of the Party consists of various organs at the Primary, State and National Levels. These committees and office bearers work together to strengthen the Party’s presence from the village level to the national level.
Party Structure Hierarchy
The Party follows a clear organizational hierarchy that ensures effective coordination, communication and leadership at every level. Beginning at the village and ward level, the structure progresses through block, assembly, district, regional, state and national bodies.

Primary Level Structure
The Primary Level forms the foundation of the Party’s organizational structure, ensuring representation
and participation at the grassroots level.
Village Committee
For each Gram Sabha (Village Panchayat)
Block Committee
For each Development Block (Mandal)
Vidhan Sabha Committee
For each Vidhan Sabha (Assembly) area
District Committee
For districts, including large cities and metropolitan areas
Regional Committees
Mandal, Zonal and Regional Committees formed according to the requirements of each State
State Level Organisation
The State Level structure ensures effective coordination of Party activities across the
State while connecting local units with the national leadership.
State Council
- Each State Council shall comprise of the Presidents from all the primary units falling in that State.
- It will also include all Members of Parliament, Members of State Legislative Assemblies and Members of Legislative Councils belonging to the Party.
- It will also consist of the State Presidents of various Wings created by the National Council from time to time.
State Executive
- Each State Executive shall comprise of not more than 25 members elected by the members of the State Council.
National Level Organisation
The National Level serves as the highest decision-making
and policy-making structure of the Party.
National Council
- The National Council shall be the General Body of the Party and shall be the highest policy making body of the Party.
- The National Council shall comprise of the Presidents from all States and Primary Units.
- It shall also include all Members of Parliament, Members of State Legislative Assemblies and Members of Legislative Councils belonging to the Party.
National Executive
- The National Executive shall consist of not more than 30 members elected by the National Council.
- In addition, there shall be a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer for each Wing created by the National Council.

In addition to the regular organizational structure, various Wings may be created by the
National Council to strengthen specific areas of work and public engagement.
- In addition, there shall be a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer at various levels for each Wing created by the National Council.
- There shall also be a maximum of 25 members in the various Executive Bodies of these Wings at various levels.
